Premium Collection from Bali Artisan is handmade by Bali artisans in 925 sterling silver with 3-micron 18K gold plating (10x thicker than standard) and genuine natural stones — priced HK$650-950. Wanderer's Find is made of brass or stainless steel with thinner gold plating, discovered on our travels, more playful and affordable — priced HK$280-350.

Our Premium Collection uses 925 sterling silver as the base metal, which is generally skin-friendly and low in allergens. Wanderer's Find pieces use brass or stainless steel bases — if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend limiting prolonged direct contact.

Premium Collection 以925純銀作底材，一般對皮膚較溫和、致敏機會較低。Wanderer's Find 系列以黃銅或不鏽鋼為底材——如你皮膚特別敏感，建議減少長時間直接接觸。

All orders ship from Hong Kong within 2-3 business days. Delivery time after that depends on your chosen method: SF Locker or SF Direct Delivery, both via SF Express.

You can choose 順豐智能櫃 (SF Locker) to collect at your convenience, or 順豐直接送到地址 (SF Direct Delivery) straight to your door. Orders of HK$1,600 or above enjoy free shipping on either option.

We accept PayPal (instant, automated checkout), FPS 轉數快, and PayMe. For FPS/PayMe, please transfer the total amount with your order number as reference, then send us a screenshot via our Contact page or Instagram DM — we'll confirm and prepare your order.

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer no-reason returns on jewellery. However, if there is a genuine quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will arrange an exchange.
